The Great Reset Playbook

This policy has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It's written to accurately describe what the platform actually does as of today, but before real visitors' data is collected on this site, have it checked by someone qualified, particularly the GDPR sections, since this applies directly to European visitors, not just through a publisher.
When you sign in, we collect and keep:
We do not store the content of what you type into an activity, or any material you upload or paste in, in our own database.
There is a feedback tab on every page, and a rating under each activity. This is the one place where we do keep what you write, because a comment we cannot read back is no use to anyone.
When you send feedback we store your rating, any tags you picked, the comment you wrote, and which page or activity it was about. If you are signed in, your email address is stored with it, so we can come back to you about what you said. If you are not signed in, no email address is attached and the feedback is anonymous.
Feedback is read by Craig Simon only. It is not published, not shown to other users, and not passed to anyone else. Written feedback is emailed to him as it arrives; ratings are summarised once a day. As with everything else, you can ask us to delete anything you have sent, see your rights below.
To generate a response, the text you enter is sent to Anthropic, the company behind Claude, the AI model that powers these activities, by our server. It is not saved in our own systems afterwards. A few facts about what happens on Anthropic's side, current as of today:
Your Compass answers work the same way: they're used to generate your results, not stored as raw text on our servers.
Three providers process data on our behalf, each only for what's needed to run the platform:
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else.
We use one cookie: a sign-in session, so you don't have to enter a code every time you visit. It's necessary for the site to work and isn't used for tracking, advertising, or analytics.
We won't use your email address for marketing unless you separately and explicitly agree to it. Signing in to use the platform does not opt you into anything else.
We keep your account record for as long as your access is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. You can ask us to delete it at any time, see below.
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time. Email craig@zomoconsulting.com and we'll action it.
Because our providers operate internationally, your data may be processed outside your own country, including in the United States. Each provider's own data processing agreement, which incorporates Standard Contractual Clauses, governs those transfers.
This platform is built for workplace use and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top.
